"Learning Analytics on Qualitative Student Feedback to Improve Teaching and Learning in Higher Education"

The project aims to develop a learning analytics system called Course Feedback Analytics System (CFAS), to analyse dimensions of students' qualitative feedback. The CFAS will aim to provide users an exhaustive analysis of qualitative data, which will help faculty members to gain deeper insights on their teaching practices, curriculum as well as assessment development.

SIS Project
Outreach project aims at attracting high quality Junior College (JC) students to School of Information Systems. The students' feedback and suggestions will be very helpful to SMU SIS. This research information obtained directly from the JC students who are SIS potential applicants will help SIS to improve on how SIS shares information about BSc (Information Systems Management) programme and the learning experiences of the SIS students.
