About me

Completed PhD from MIT Sloan School of Management in 1990, majoring in Operations Management / Operations Research.

Joined SMU in 2003. Previously having worked as senior faculty member in a business school and also in various industry positions (ranging from entry executive to senior vice-president) in Engineering, Operations and Information Technology.

Is one of the pioneers in the setting up the School of Information Systems at the Singapore Management University.
